The High Spec Building team committed to transforming homes and realising their customers dreams. We believe in the team approach working with our clients, architects and other professionals to deliver the customers desired outcomes, whilst guiding the customer at every stage of the project.
We are an Exeter based team offering our services in and around the souring area. We are pleased to provide our services within and beyond many parts of Devon and have been known to consider projects in other regions within the South West England.
Our service
Ranging from, small to large projects, bathroom and kitchens. We will undertake full or partial refurbishment and renovations, one room to multiple room projects including, open plan structural works and designs. In addition to this we undertake small or large extensions works, loft conversions, garage conversions or even a complete new dwelling build.
We also have experience and expertise with integrating renewal technology such as, Photovoltaics (Solar Installations), Heat pump (Air Source), Ground Source, and other heating solutions including retro fit and new underfloor heating.
